We Accept Returns Within 20 Days Of Purchase, Provided You Have The Following:

• Proof Of Purchase (Order Number)
• Item/S In Their Original Condition, With Tags And Hygiene Stickers Still Attached

Swimwear And Underwear Can Only Be Exchanged Or Returned For Change Of Mind In Their Original Condition, Clean, With All Tags And Protection Stickers Attached.

Please Note: Unfortunately We Are Unable To Accept Returns Or Exchanges On Our Final Sale Items Due To Change Of Mind, Unless Deemed Faulty.

To Start A Return Or Exchange, Please Visit Our Returns Portal And Enter Your Order Number Along With The Email Address Used For Your Purchase.

Simply Follow The Step-By-Step Instructions To Submit Your Return Request For Either A Refund Or Exchange.

Once Your Request Is Approved, You Will Receive Instructions To Finalise Your Return And Generate Your Return Shipping Label.

Items Sent Back Without First Lodging A Return Through Our Returns Portal And Receiving Approval Will Not Be Accepted.

Change Of Mind, Size & Style Returns

We Accept Returns For Change Of Mind, Size Changes And Style Changes.

Customers May Choose Between A Refund Or An Exchange For Another Product.

Exchanges Are Subject To Product Availability At The Time The Return Is Processed. If The Requested Exchange Item Is Not Available, A Refund Will Be Issued Instead.

You Have 20 Days From The Date You Placed Your Order To Lodge A Return Request Through Our Returns Portal.

The Item Must Be Returned In Its Original Condition, Unworn, Unwashed, Unsoiled, With Tags And The Hygiene Liner Still Attached, And Free From Odours (Including Perfumes).

If These Conditions Are Not Met, The Return Will Be Rejected And Returned To You At Your Own Expense.

Return Shipping Costs & Processing

Please Note That Customers Are Responsible For All Return Shipping Costs For Change Of Mind Returns, Size Exchanges And Style Exchanges.

Once Your Return Request Has Been Approved Through Our Returns Portal, You Will Be Able To Purchase And Download Your Return Shipping Label Directly Through The Portal.

The Label Can Then Be Printed And Attached To Your Parcel For Drop-Off At Your Nearest Australia Post Location.

No Additional Fees Apply For Refunds Or Exchanges Beyond The Return Shipping Cost.

Please Allow Up To 3 Business Days From When Your Return Is Received At Our Warehouse For Your Refund Or Exchange To Be Processed.
