How long do I have to return my order?
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
What items are eligible for return?
Items must be:
• In original condition
• Unworn, unwashed, and unsoiled
• With all tags and hygiene liners/stickers attached
• Free from odours (including perfume or deodorant)
Swimwear and underwear can only be returned or exchanged if all hygiene requirements are met.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. We accept returns for change of mind, size changes, and style changes within 30 days of purchase.
You may choose between:
• A refund, or
• An exchange for another product
How do I start a return?
To start a return, please contact us at contact@nidasaustralia.com.au with:
• Your full name
• Your order number
• Whether you would like a refund or an exchange (and the item you wish to exchange for)
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Exchanges are offered subject to product availability at the time your return is processed.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Who pays for return shipping?
For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
There are no additional fees beyond the return shipping cost.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
In line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL):
• Return shipping costs will be covered by Nidas Australia
• You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow up to 3 business days from when your return is received at our warehouse for your refund or exchange to be processed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Are sale items eligible for return?
Items marked as SALE or Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (AEST) are dispatched the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched on the next business day.
How long does shipping take?
Once dispatched, Australian orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days, depending on location and carrier delays.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we primarily ship within Australia.
If international shipping becomes available, delivery timeframes and costs will be displayed at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at contact@nidasaustralia.com.au as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, Nidas Australia cannot be held responsible for lost or misdelivered parcels.
Any reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment options available at checkout, including Buy Now Pay Later services where offered.
All payments are processed securely.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
What if my parcel is delayed or lost?
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by the shipping carrier.
While we are happy to assist you with tracking enquiries, Nidas Australia is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or carrier-related issues outside of our control.
Are your items restocked once sold out?
Our pieces are produced in limited quantities.
Once an item is sold out, it may not be restocked. This ensures exclusivity and limited production runs.
How do I know which size to choose?
We recommend checking our Size Guide before placing your order.

Are your products hygienically protected?
Yes. All swimwear items are shipped with hygiene liners and tags attached.
Returns will only be accepted if these hygiene protections remain intact.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, gift cards are available and can be purchased directly from our website.
Gift cards are delivered electronically and do not expire unless otherwise stated.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes. We take your privacy seriously and handle all personal information in accordance with Australian privacy laws.
