FAQ – NIDAS AUSTRALIA

1 - What is Nidas Australia’s return and exchange policy?


We accept returns for change of mind, size changes or style changes within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags and hygiene stickers attached, and with no odours (including perfumes). All approved returns are issued as a store credit only. Refunds are only provided if an item arrives faulty or damaged.

2 - Can I get a refund instead of store credit?


No. For change of mind, size or style reasons we offer store credit only. Refunds are issued only for faulty or damaged items, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

3 - Are sale or “final sale” items eligible for returns?


No. All items marked as Final Sale in our SALE section are final and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. They may only be returned if faulty.

4 - How do I lodge a return?


Lodge your return request through our returns portal within 30 days of ordering. Once approved, you will receive a return label to print and attach to your parcel. Drop it off at your nearest Australia Post location.

5 - Who pays for the return shipping?


Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Nidas Australia is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

6 - How long does it take to receive my store credit?


Please allow up to 3 business days from when your return arrives at our warehouse. Once approved, your store credit will be emailed to you. Store credits are valid for 12 months and can be used storewide, online only.

7 - What if my order arrives faulty or damaged?


If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email us at contact@nidasaustralia.com.au with your order number and clear photos. Our team will review the issue and offer a repair, replacement, refund, or store credit as required under Australian Consumer Law.

8 - How long will my order take to be processed and delivered?


Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing. Once dispatched, deliveries within Australia typically arrive within 7 business days. Shipping delays caused by the carrier or customs are outside of Nidas Australia’s control.

9 - What payment methods do you accept?


We accept all major credit and debit cards, Afterpay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers to keep your details safe.

10 - Is it safe to shop online with Nidas?


Yes. We use secure, industry-standard encryption and trusted payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details.

11 - How should I care for my swimwear?


Rinse your swimwear in cold water after chlorine or saltwater, hand-wash with mild soap, avoid rough surfaces, and dry flat in the shade. Do not tumble dry, iron, or leave rolled up while wet.
